Aloha!
It is an honor and privilege to serve as Hawai'i Alpha Delta Kappa’s State President for the 2022-2024 biennium. An exciting journey has unfolded as we endeavor to E kūlia ika nu'u -- Strive for the Summit.
This was the motto of Hawai'i’s Queen Kapi'olani. She is best remembered for her generosity, kindness, and commitment to provide good health care and education for the Hawaiian people.
At Queen Victoria’s Jubilee in England, Hawai'i’s queen wore a stunning peacock feather dress with strands of her Niʻihau shell necklace. This biennium’s logo captures the image of the peacock that adorned her gown. Like the regal peacock, the sisters of HAΔK proudly represent AΔK in all its glory. During this biennium, Hawai'i Alpha Delta Kappa will uphold its mission of educational excellence, altruism, world understanding, and diversity and inclusion.
Please join me in this exciting adventure. E kūlia i ka nu'u -- Strive for the Summit!”
